• We aim to ship orders within 2–5 working days
  
• Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the item and your location
  
• You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched

Returns

As each piece is handmade and individually crafted, we ask that you contact us if there is an issue with your order.

• Returns are accepted if an item arrives damaged or faulty
  
• Please notify us within 7 days of delivery
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition where possible
  

Due to the handmade nature of our products, natural variations and weathered finishes are part of their character and are not considered faults.
