Handmade & Unique Items
All Garden Artz products are handmade from reclaimed metal, meaning each piece is unique. Natural variations, surface marks, and weathering are part of the character of the item and are not considered faults.

Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

• Is unused

• Is in its original condition

• Is returned in suitable packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or exposure to outdoor conditions cannot be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
